Frequently Asked Questions

Qualification Account Rules

A minimum of 10 active trading days is required to complete the evaluation and quality for progression.

Daily Timeframe: The trading day commences at 5:00 PM and concludes at 4:00 PM the following day, North American Central Time (CT). Please note that holidays and weekends are not counted as active trading days.

Mandatory Position Closure: All open positions must be closed by 3:59 PM (CT). Failure to comply with this rule will result in automatic position closure.

This option is designed to optimize your real-time risk management.

How Trailing Drawdown Works

Dynamic Tracking: The allowed drawdown continuously follows your highest attained balance (your “peak balance”), including both realized and unrealized profits.

Real-time Calculation: Drawdown calculations are performed in real-time during the trading day and include all commissions.

Capital Protection: If your balance decreases after reaching a new high, the allowed drawdown threshold does not move downwards; it remains at $3,000 below your *previous* highest balance.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Account Suspension: If the allowed drawdown is exceeded, your account will be automatically suspended by our system.

Recovery Options: In such a case, you have the option to reset your account (for a fee) or open a new account to resume your trading journey.

Detailed Example:

Imagine a $100,000 Pro account with a 10-contract limit and a maximum trailing drawdown of $3,000. Your account will be suspended if your equity drops to $97,000. You start trading and make an $800 profit. Your balance reaches $100,800. The drawdown moves, and your new suspension threshold will be $97,800 ($100,800 – $3,000). If you haven’t closed the position yet and the $800 profit decreases by $300 (leaving a $500 profit). When you close the position, your balance is $100,500. The drawdown threshold *remains* at $97,800 because it follows the highest balance ever reached ($100,800), not the current balance if it’s below the previous peak. In summary, the maximum drawdown is always $3,000 below the highest balance ever achieved in your account.

For the Forza Account (After Qualification):

Drawdown Stabilization: Once you access the Forza Account, the Trailing Drawdown stops moving as soon as it reaches your initial balance level. This means your initial capital is fully protected.

Maximum Position Size

Risk Management: The maximum size of your positions is determined by your chosen account type. You are permitted to hold multiple positions simultaneously, provided you adhere to this limit.

Primary Objective

Achieve Master Account Status: Your fundamental objective is to generate sufficient profit to qualify for a Master Account, where you can maximize your earning potential.

Drawdown Management

Capital Protection: It is paramount to manage your risk diligently to ensure you never reach the maximum permissible drawdown threshold on your account. Strict discipline is essential.

Admissible Contract Types

Instrument Diversity: You are authorized to trade both standard and micro contracts concurrently.

Equivalence: One standard contract is equivalent to ten micro contracts.

As you trade, keep your balance above the trailing drawdown threshold and your consistency below 30%

Have you hit your maximum drawdown limit? You can reset your trading account to restore your original balance and continue trading.
The reset process is instant. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as it’s completed.
A reset restores your account to its initial balance, allowing you to resume trading under your current subscription. Please note that all prior profits or losses, along with previously logged trading days, will be erased.
Key Information:
An account reset does not alter the expiration date of your Qualification Account subscription. Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days unless cancelled. If you breach a rule, your account will be automatically reset for free on your next billing date, and your completed trading days will be preserved. If you wish to reset your account at any other time, a fee of $85 will apply.
How to Initiate a Reset:
Sign in to your deluxetraderfunding.com account.
Navigate to your profile and click on “Reset Account.”
Complete the payment instructions to finalize the process.

Forza Accounts Rules

Once you have successfully met the objectives for your Qualification Account, your journey continues to the next stage.

First, confirm that you have reached your profit target and have completed a minimum of ten trading day. You can verify these metrics within the “Reports” tab of your Deluxe Trader Profile, which is updated at the end of each trading day.

Upon meeting these requirements, your account will be automatically submitted for review. This verification process typically takes up to 24 hours. After a successful review of your account and information, we will send you an email containing your certificate, a contract, a questionnaire, and further instructions.

You are no longer required to pay the subscription for the passed Qualification Account, as it will be cancelled by our administration.

Alternatively, you can manage the subscription yourself in the Member’s Area. By logging in and selecting the account, you will find two options:
“Cancel”: This will stop the subscription from renewing, but the account will remain active until the current billing period expires.

“Terminate”: This will immediately cancel the subscription and remove the account from your dashboard and trading platform.

For Forza accounts, there are no recurring monthly fees. Only a one-time activation fee is required when creating the account. This fee covers all costs related to your data flow and account maintenance. The activation fee amount depends on the account size you choose.

$50,000 Account: $149
$100,000 Account: $249
$150,000 Account: $499

The Forza Account is activated once we receive your completed application and signed agreement. You’ll then receive an email confirming its opening the beginning of your journey toward financial mastery.

From that moment, your performance speaks for itself: every decision, every trade, every result defines your progress.

The Forza Account follows the same principles as the Evaluation Account, with one key difference there’s no reset option. The trailing drawdown stops moving once it reaches the initial balance plus $100, where discipline and strategy meet.

Trailing Drawdown Amounts:

$50,000 Account $2,600

$100,000 Account $3,100

$150,000 Account $4,600

If the maximum trailing drawdown is exceeded, the account will be closed by the Administrator because in the Forza world, discipline defines longevity.

The Forza Account is built for long-term collaboration, opening the door to exclusive opportunities with our partners. Here, excellence isn’t a choice it’s the only way forward.

On the Forza Account, the trader is compensated directly based on performance.

The first $10,000 earned is paid in full to the trader’s bank account without any commission.

Beyond this threshold, a 10% commission is deducted from profits, while 90% remains with the trader. The commission is applied at the time of transfer to the trader’s personal bank account.

Withdrawals can be requested at any time during the calendar month.

All requests are processed once per week, on Wednesdays, and may be submitted after a minimum of ten (10) active trading days.

The minimum withdrawal amount is $1,000.

The maximum withdrawal amount applies only to the first three payouts, depending on the account size:

$50,000 Account – Maximum withdrawal: $1,500

$100,000 Account – Maximum withdrawal: $1,750

$150,000 Account – Maximum withdrawal: $2,000

After the third payout, no maximum withdrawal limit applies.

Withdrawal Safety Threshold

The withdrawal safety threshold represents the minimum amount that must remain in the trader’s account in order to make a withdrawal:

$50,000 Account – $2,600

$100,000 Account – $3,100

$150,000 Account – $4,600

This reserve can only be withdrawn upon termination of the main agreement, in accordance with its provisions.

Consistency Rule

A 30% Consistency Rule applies to each withdrawal made from the Forza Account.

This means that, at the time of the request, no single profitable day may account for more than 30% of the total profit earned on the account.

Example: If a trader generates a total profit of $20,000, the best single trading day must not exceed $6,000.

Formula: PnL% = (Best Day P&L / Total P&L) × 100

If this rule is not met, the withdrawal cannot be processed — however, the account is not penalized. The trader may continue trading to balance performance and meet the required level of consistency.

The safety threshold is also taken into account for the first withdrawal. Once the rule is met, no limits apply to future withdrawals.

When a withdrawal request is submitted, a tax form will be sent to the address listed in the trader’s personal profile.

Withdrawals can be processed via ACH/Wire Transfer, or Wise.

Traders operating under a Forza Account are considered independent contractors.

A Form 1099-MISC (for U.S. citizens) or W-8BEN (for non-U.S. residents) will be issued for tax purposes.

The Forza Account is designed for advanced traders who are rewarded based on performance.

Those who demonstrate consistent and outstanding results may receive a unique offer from our capital partners.

Specific terms and conditions are discussed individually with each trader.

After completing three (3) successful payouts under a Forza Account, and subject to approval by the Risk Management Department, eligible traders may advance to a Funded Account, allowing them to trade using real capital.

To ensure a fair and controlled trading environment, the following balance limits will apply to all Funded Accounts effective April 28, 2025:

$50K Funded Account – Balance cap: $5,000

$100K Funded Account – Balance cap: $10,000

$150K Funded Account – Balance cap: $15,000

All active Forza Accounts will be merged into a single Funded Account. Any inactive Master Accounts will remain in pending status.

Requests for rewards or withdrawals from a Funded Account can be submitted only after the trader has completed a minimum of five (5) separate trading days, with each trading day considered complete once the market closes.

If a trader chooses not to transition to a Funded Account, their Forza Account will be closed, and no reward payments will be processed.
